About the role

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations, and align on recruitment timelines and goals.
  • Design and execute innovative, cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities.
  • Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
