About the role
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations, and align on recruitment timelines and goals
- Design and execute innovative, cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates
- Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities
- Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations
- Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards
- Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems
- Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
