💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Accountable for all aspects of program operations, including direct management and coaching of team members.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team delivers results that meet or exceed agreed client goals.
  • Fostering a culture that strives for operational and compliance excellence.
  • Provides day to day supervision of sales/service rep including performance evaluations and management.
  • Reports to management on individual/team performance and works with management to develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Coaches team members for success and supports individual development.
  • Monitors inbound/outbound sales calls for compliance with scripts and policies.
  • Conducts refresher training and assists with New Hire training and onboarding.

Requirements

  • College Degree required
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years inside sales experience, B2B territory management/account management experience required
  • Experience with Sales Force Preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in supervising/leadership role in related field required
  • Inside pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Advance listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
