About the role
- Achieving and exceeding sales objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans
- Providing scientific oriented needs to healthcare professionals for the primary purpose of promoting and supporting the DMD product portfolio
- Maintaining compliance with all policies that govern sales activity
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical and/or biotech sales experience, including 2+ years Rare Disease and/or gene therapy experience required
- Strong, consistent and documented track record of success
- DMD experience strongly preferred
- Ability to navigate various complexities of Rare Disease treatments
- Experience managing patient enrollment process for rare disease products and working with office staff to help support and simplify process
- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented approach to the business
- Ability to travel overnight and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
