About the role

  • Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing programs, aligned with business and product objectives, that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, and digital) aligned to product and business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
  • Partner with GTM and event lead on participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to maximize engagement and lead generation
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform differentiated programs and targeted tactics
  • Work closely with commercial strategy, sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign results and report on KPIs to evaluate success and inform future initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in Marketing with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within healthcare, life sciences, life sciences technology, and/or media industries
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Technical marketing skills including AdTech, SEO platforms, and Marketing Automation
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
