About the role

  • This client-facing role will be accountable for leading continued growth of IQVIA’s Biotech Solutions in APAC
  • Oversee operational success of global study programs
  • Drive engagements with new emerging biotech (EBP) customers across the APAC region
  • Maintain and expand existing EBP customer relationships
  • Oversee the APAC IQVIA Biotech project leadership teams for successful project and program delivery
  • Advocate for an intentional, well-executed integrated operations delivery model with global IQVIA Biotech
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources for P&L management of IQVIA Biotech APAC
  • Support quality, consistency and innovation of IQVIA APAC’s broader solutions
  • Work as a regional point of contact with IQVIA’s global project leadership team
  • Drive resolution of regional customer delivery issues and financial commitments
  • Involvement in key initiatives to ensure consistency and achievement of APAC financial and operational targets

Requirements

  • 17 yrs of clinical trials, clinical operations, and/or project management experience including 13 years experience in a leadership capacity
  • Broad knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking and accounting methods
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
