Support product vision, roadmap, and growth initiatives
Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Act as a product expert for users, providing creative solutions to use cases
Monitor and evaluate product progress, recommending improvements
Mitigate impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint goals
Serve as customer proxy for development teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Develop and maintain documentation for systems, interfaces, and processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess impacts of system changes and integrations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Strong understanding of IT systems and business process flows
Ability to read and interpret code for impact assessments
Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
