About the role
- Verify licensing business rules, purchase entitlement, and usage to generate a compliance report using tools like Flexera and SNOW.
- Identify to remediate unauthorized or unlicensed software.
- Prepare reports for requests from end users, managers, and developers for SAM data.
- Reports on software usage, license allocation, compliance status, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain data in structured formats for dashboards and executive reporting.
- Maintain inventory, usage of licensed software across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing Flexera tools or similar SAM platforms
- Understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with ITAM, SAM, CMDB, and enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
