About the role

- Build strong relationships with customers, Client Legal Counsel, BSCI Legal Counsel, team, and leadership
- Plan, initiate, and facilitate completion of Business Associate Agreements
- Track the progress of Agreements with client Legal counsel and key stakeholders
- Manage and track status of BAAs and communicate signed agreements once finalized
- Identify, communicate, and document issues and/or gaps across agreements
- Create, maintain, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures
- Track, analyze, and interpret metrics related to BAA process
- Provide broad troubleshooting support for field teams and customers
- Create how-to documents and work instructions
Requirements
- 4-year degree from accredited college or university
- Proven track record of excellent and timely customer service
- Highly organized with significant attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
- Excellence in HCP relationship management
- 1-2 years industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred
