- Promote products within the Rare Disease space
- Engage in field-based and inside sales activities
- Achieve sales targets and drive adoption of therapies
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and physicians
- Collaborate with teammates to coordinate sales strategies
- Deliver product messaging using visual aids and resources
- Ensure fulfilment of services and maximize engagement
- Proactively follow-up with target offices and providers
Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- 1+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or b2b inside sales or service
- Successful demonstration of selling capabilities in a field-based selling environment
- Experience in a remote environment
- Profile and manage a target list of healthcare professionals
- Ability to deliver a targeted selling message
- Account mapping
- Ability to interact with all levels of an office
- Proven track record of success in a competitive environment
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Customer service mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory
- Ability to travel 50%+ overnight
