About the role

  • Plan, initiate, and facilitate completion of Business Associate Agreements as customer liaison
  • Track the progress of Agreements with legal counsel and key stakeholders
  • Follow up to ensure agreements are progressing through the review and approval process
  • Manage and track status of BAAs
  • Communicate signed agreements once finalized
  • Identify, communicate, and document issues and/or gaps across agreements
  • Adhere to compliance regulations
  • Create, maintain, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures
  • Track, analyze, and interpret metrics related to BAA process
  • Provide broad troubleshooting support for field teams and customers
  • Create how-to documents and work instructions
  • Coordinate with HCPs and customer legal counsel
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent processes and accurate documentation

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from accredited college or university
  • Proven track record of excellent and timely customer service
  • Highly organized with significant attention to detail required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with success and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
  • Excellence in HCP relationship management
  • 1-2 years industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred
