- Perform installation, configuration, and updates for medical devices, software, and networking systems
- Troubleshoot device and network issues, resolving technical problems independently or escalating complex cases
- Educate healthcare staff on device utilization and software functionality
- Participate in upgrades, preventative maintenance, and system migrations
Requirements
- Associate degree in biomedical, IT, electronics, or a related field preferred
- 1+ year of technical experience required; 3+ years in a field technician role preferred
- Strong troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must live within one hour of a major airport for travel efficiency
