About the role
- Oversee in-house application support to maintain system stability and performance
- Manage operating system upgrades and application migrations
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for Oracle database automation
- Handle requests and incidents assigned to the team
- Support and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments
- Implement workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow
- Oversee Software Development Life Cycle processes
Requirements
- Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
- Proficiency in Oracle database management and PL/SQL scripting
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow
- Proficiency with Java-based applications and .NET monitoring tools
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
- Strong experience in SDLC processes and version control systems
- Ability to manage OS upgrades and application migrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred
