About the role

  • Provide project related support and assistance for assigned project(s) and project teams with minimal supervision
  • Ensure work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain all project documentation including files, records, and reports according to scope of work and SOPs
  • Assist with periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate and track information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects
  • Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project specific information
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies in project tracking data, timesheet coding, expense billing, and financial interpretation
  • Prepare and distribute status, tracking and project finance reports; assist project managers with budget allocation and invoice approvals
  • Prepare presentation materials and coordinate project team and customer meetings including logistics
  • Serve as primary backup contact for internal project team and external stakeholders as designated by project manager
  • Undertake project management activities as directed and train/mentor more junior project support staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or other related field is ideal
  • Typically requires 0 - 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Previous experience managing eCOA's or another electronic software would be beneficial
  • Previous project management experience is ideal
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
  • Good planning, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
