About the role

  • Support day-to-day responsibilities of the program management team, which includes participation in coordinating and executing administrative and technical meetings between IQT portfolio and government partners related to on-going technology development program.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across IQT functional areas to understand IQT’s strategic investment model and the lifecycle of IQT investments, technology development programs, and technology transfer.
  • Participate in a cross functional team project to help strengthen IQT’s ability to address complex issues affecting program execution by enhancing IQT’s ability to learn from past experiences and improve with future programs.

Requirements

  • Due to contractual reasons, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be an active duty service member in the U.S. Armed Forces who is within 180 days of your separation date.
  • Demonstrated success acting as the main reason for data driven change
  • Experienced problem solver
  • Basic understanding of project management and technology transfer challenges
  • Systems thinking mindset
  • Self-starter, constant learner, and passion for solving hard problems
  • Candidate for a bachelor’s degree (rising Junior or Senior) or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably a candidate for a graduate degree, in a STEM discipline.
  • Must be comfortable presenting complex technology subjects to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Must be a strong writer.
  • Experience in both technical writing and proposal writing is preferred.
