About the role
- Prepare/review monthly finance reporting pack including commentary and variance analysis for P&L and balance sheet
- Prepare and review costs-related reports and cost analysis, including ad hoc reporting
- Manage parts of the annual budget, quarterly forecast process and 3-year business plan for the wider Iptor Group
- Perform performance analysis of key service level measures, prepare scorecards, conduct FTE analysis and control
- Manage and develop reporting and ad hoc reports
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve reporting and efficiency
- Business partnering with operations to measure business performance and provide finance support to understand financial results and drivers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager and CFO
Requirements
- Ownership of management accounting, forecasting and budgeting processes
- Experience in financial modelling around pricing and profitability
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex financial data and interpret accounting standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical accounting concepts to non-accounting stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English, able to articulate reports to executive level
