About the role
- You will contribute to the design of quantitative and qualitative market research projects, e.g., as part of proposal preparation.
- You will organize and conduct national and international market research studies in German and English, e.g., prepare survey materials, moderate one-on-one interviews, and oversee programming and fieldwork.
- You will prepare project budgets and be responsible for project controlling and cost management.
- You will analyze data, interpret study results, and produce reports.
- You will participate in presenting results to clients in German and English.
- You will regularly communicate with the global and European healthcare team.
- You will contribute to the development and refinement of new research tools.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree, preferably in business (with a focus on marketing/market research), social sciences, psychology, communication studies, economic geography, or health economics.
- You have a solid foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You enjoy working with people.
- You are an outgoing personality with a high level of commitment, team spirit, flexibility, and creativity.
- You have excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- You have very good IT skills, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally, you have already completed initial internships in market research.
- You are familiar with the German healthcare market and/or are eager to work on medical topics.
