💰 $55,000 - $60,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide an efficient and effective conduit through the research process
  • Deal directly with internal clients and project teams
  • Ensuring quality initiatives are followed
  • Manage client expectations and troubleshoot for solutions
  • Check daily reports and raise “red flags” if projects go over budget
  • Notice necessary details in sampling and questionnaire design
  • Manage ongoing changes to study specifications and client expectations
  • Review financials for accurate payment and billing to the client

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of market research experience with in-depth knowledge of the field process
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing projects including scope, budget, timing, and quality assurance
  • Ability to resolve conflicting priorities and manage project scope
  • Independent work with a client service approach
  • Aptitude for math and advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Must be a US citizen and pass a security background check
