About the role

  • Responsible for driving growth for Ipsos in the UX and Product Development discipline.
  • Focused on business development across Ipsos’ full suite of services, across the full product lifecycle, across industries.
  • Primary focus on tech sector clients, with a secondary focus on other non-tech industry sectors that actively purchase UXR services.
  • Critical to informing Ipsos’ ongoing Go To Market strategy in the UX and Product Insights space: shaping Ipsos offers, advising Ipsos service teams, and representing the voice of the UX client inside Ipsos.
  • Work in alignment with Industry Leaders and Ipsos Service Line Leads and Client Officers to effectively sell UX offerings and ensure a strong technical footprint in the market.
  • Responsible for revenue generation/maintenance, relationship management, and commercial development amongst new UX clients of Ipsos.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years within UX or User Centered Design industry; 10+ years of experience in a business development or account management role.
  • Seasoned researcher with both quantitative and qualitative skills, with a focus on UX.
  • Strong existing rolodex of UX, Design, and Product client buyer stakeholders.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen: strong client facing skills and trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements throughout your career.
  • Strong account management and organizational skills, can manage high volume of concurrent activities and pursuits.
  • Strong collaboration skills, can effectively navigate large organizations.
