About the role

  • You lead one of our CRE teams both functionally and disciplinarily (personnel planning, development, talent management, and serving as a role model for our most important resource – our employees)
  • You implement company objectives within the team and for clients.
  • You take charge of client relationship management and actively acquire new clients.
  • You are responsible for your team’s revenue and results.
  • You promote cross-selling activities — both within the team and across departments.
  • You are responsible for developing research concepts and preparing proposals.
  • You conduct analyses, derive recommendations for action, and moderate presentations and workshops with clients.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in strategic and quantitative market research, advertising or media research, media planning, or strategic consulting — e.g., in an advertising agency or a comparable environment.
  • You have solid experience managing national and international research projects.
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way, and excel in communication and organizational skills.
  • You have a strong interest in and understanding of advertising, brand management, and the creative industry.
  • You act as a trusted advisor with strong consulting skills and a high level of client orientation.
  • You bring sales strength, negotiation skills, and enjoy developing and expanding new clients, ideally also in selling platform-based market research solutions.
  • You demonstrate high initiative, assertiveness, and flexibility.
  • You are a team player and a leader who motivates others and achieves goals together.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
