About the role
- Day to day responsibilities include following up on shop completion, supporting shoppers to make sure their tasks are completed correctly, and ensuring all shops are completed and delivered by their scheduled end date.
- Engage with the shoppers in a polite, professional, and timely fashion.
- Take full ownership of the progression of your project, including following up on issues when required.
- Report back to your client service partner regularly on the progression of the study, including strategies for how to achieve your target.
- Support shoppers with other technical needs and addressing their general mystery shopping questions and concerns.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in an Operations role, preferably market research.
- Previous experience working with SMX or SASSIE platforms an asset.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. French fluency an asset.
- Strong time management skills with ability to be flexible to meet firm client deadlines while balancing other priorities.
- Strong detail orientation.
