About the role

  • Implement IPM's Accounting System in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as: Budgeting and Planning, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting/Accountability, and Internal Control
  • Analyze system processes and functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities
  • Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and clarifying questions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Knowledge of public-sector legislation and standards applicable to Public Accounting, including routines such as Budgeting and Planning, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting/Accountability, and Internal Control
  • Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software
  • Availability for frequent travel
