About the role

  • Implement IPM's Fiscal and Tax systems in municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: IPTU, ITBI, ISS, Debt Collection (Dívida Ativa), Special Assessment (Contribuição de Melhoria), issuance of NFS-e, Simples Nacional, among others
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments
  • Parameterize/configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
  • Knowledge of legislation and public regulations applicable to the area of operation, and familiarity with Collection and Fiscal routines
  • Experience with Tax/Fiscal software
  • Availability for frequent travel
