About the role

  • Implement IPM's Digital Government solutions suite in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements.
  • Deliver training to new users, taking into account their responsibilities.
  • Verify migration results and configurations, correcting or completing them as needed with client involvement.
  • Provide customer/user support during system implementation, guiding them on correct system operation.
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with public tenders and government procurement, typically gained working in the public sector or for companies that handle public bids.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
