About the role
- Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the plant.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of plant supervisory experience, including three years in operations management within the plastics packaging industry.
- Proven success in managing operations, overseeing functions such as accounting, finance, safety, human resources, and quality.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma.
- Effective project management skills, including planning, executing, and closing projects while balancing time, cost, and scope.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, improve quality, and reduce costs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find practical solutions.
