About the role
- Ensure replenishment planning is executed according to the defined cadence, flow, and carrier
- Evaluate opportunities for backhaul (return) freight operations
- Identify and notify the logistics chain of carrier gaps and alternatives with available trucks
- Prevent demurrage/detention by alerting teams to possible alternative routing or movement options
- Guide and train carriers on tools and performance indicators
- Support logistical planning
- Monitor deadlines and deliveries
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, lead time, service level)
- Support continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SAP; experience with TMS
