About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring proximity, trust and predictability in operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, commercial service, or account management.
  • Experience with external routines (field visits, negotiations, prospecting).
  • Clear and assertive communication.
  • Negotiation and conflict-management skills.
  • Organization, discipline, and an ownership mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity to handle demanding clients.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial performance indicators.
  • Experience with management tools/CRM.
  • Ability to develop action plans and interpret performance data.
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
