About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring proximity, trust and predictability in operations.
- Expand commercial opportunities by pursuing new business and strengthening the company’s presence in the region.
- Monitor client performance and support continuous improvement of results.
- Negotiate commercial terms that balance profitability and competitiveness.
- Take ownership of portfolio management by anticipating risks, creating solutions, and guiding clients in strategic decisions.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and regular client contacts.
- Develop and monitor client-specific action plans, ensuring execution and results.
- Analyze performance indicators (volume, margin, sales, trends) and propose corrective actions.
- Prospect new business, assess market potential, and prepare proposals.
- Mediate conflicts, negotiate adjustments, and align expectations clearly and professionally.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, commercial service, or account management.
- Experience with external routines (field visits, negotiations, prospecting).
- Clear and assertive communication.
- Negotiation and conflict-management skills.
- Organization, discipline, and an ownership mindset.
- Analytical thinking and results orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity to handle demanding clients.
- Basic knowledge of commercial performance indicators.
- Experience with management tools/CRM.
- Ability to develop action plans and interpret performance data.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
