About the role
- Secure partnerships aligned with Ipiranga's strategic direction;
- Manage commercial relationships with partners;
- Define strategies to achieve the results agreed with partners;
- Maintain regular meetings with partners;
- Monitor partnership results and performance;
- Work with internal teams — Marketing, Legal, Planning and Product — to implement and sustain partnerships and campaigns;
- Prospect new partners;
- Evaluate competitor actions and propose new strategic partnerships;
- Report metrics and present results of activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in commercial relationship management, partnerships and campaigns;
- Knowledge of airline and banking loyalty programs is a plus;
- Experience structuring analyses and projections;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic English.
