About the role

Ensure the stability, integrity, and security of cloud infrastructure.
Support and maintain AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure.
Incident Management: Act as the final technical escalation for infrastructure incidents, actively participate in war rooms, and lead the resolution of critical and complex incidents.
Optimization and Evolution: Contribute to the evolution of cloud infrastructure, environment harmonization, and cloud resource optimization.
Process Improvement: Implement and maintain automation for processes to ensure application reliability and scalability.
Proactivity: Anticipate issues and propose solutions before they become critical.
Complex Problem Resolution: Identify and propose workarounds and root-cause solutions for complex and recurring incidents.
Projects: Plan, execute, migrate, and bring new environments online.
Communication: Communicate effectively with different teams and collaborate with development, security, processes, and monitoring teams.
Observability: Analyze and resolve monitoring alerts and propose improvements to observability.
Security: Analyze and remediate environment vulnerabilities.
ITIL Experience: Will work on incidents, requests, changes, and problems.
Agile Process Experience: Familiarity with agile rituals and practices.

Experience with IT operations and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with AWS environments (ECS, EC2, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Lambda, VPC) and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
Experience with CloudWatch and Datadog monitoring.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
Experience with CI/CD (GitLab Ultimate or similar), DevOps practices, Shell scripting, and PowerShell.
Knowledge of ITIL.
Knowledge of security practices for vulnerability remediation.
Knowledge of FinOps to optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
