About the role

  • Technical support for our hardware and software products
  • Handling first- and second-level support requests via phone, e-mail and our ticketing system
  • Acting as an interface between customers, sales, product management and development
  • Supporting the sales team at trade shows
  • Assisting the development team on-site at customer locations
  • Responsible for the setup and support of applications/measurement tasks
  • Planning and conducting training sessions

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with automotive bus systems and network technology
  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex topics
  • Self-motivation, strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
