About the role
- Technical support for our hardware and software products
- Handling first- and second-level support requests via phone, e-mail and our ticketing system
- Acting as an interface between customers, sales, product management and development
- Supporting the sales team at trade shows
- Assisting the development team on-site at customer locations
- Responsible for the setup and support of applications/measurement tasks
- Planning and conducting training sessions
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, information technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience with automotive bus systems and network technology
- Basic programming knowledge
- Ability to quickly grasp complex topics
- Self-motivation, strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
