Manage and optimize day-to-day operations for Sol initiatives, programs, or product lines
Lead daily operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Develop, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Optimize tools, workflows, and automation systems
Standardize reporting structures and documentation
Drive accountability, performance tracking, and team development
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in operations or business management
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management capabilities
Lean / Six Sigma or PMP certification
Experience with ERP/CRM system
Minimum of two(2) years of experience with public health in the public sector government
Minimum of five(5) years of experience on a public health system as a sol operations lead.
