Implementation Specialist

• Travel onsite to execute installations — uncrating, transporting, and positioning equipment, then connecting power and data, programming, networking, and powering up systems to complete the implementation.
• Serve as the face of IPA onsite, introducing end users (nurses, physicians, administrators) to new equipment and processes and instilling confidence from day one.
• Train clients on software, loading and unloading procedures, common issues, and basic troubleshooting so they're positioned for success after you leave.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues — both during implementations and on the highest-escalated service calls.
• Maintain proficiency with wiring, soldering, hand tools, and test equipment such as multi-meters and oscilloscopes.
• Support system administration tasks, including foundational Linux knowledge and Clearview software installation and configuration.
• Execute preventative maintenance visits with an eye toward the long-term health of the client's overall program, not just the individual machine.
• Communicate proactively and clearly — daily progress emails, timely escalations, and accurate case documentation in Salesforce — keeping the right people informed at the right time.
• Manage your own travel and expenses efficiently and responsibly, balancing time, cost, and convenience while traveling approximately 80% of the time.
• Anticipate common implementation challenges before they arise, and contribute lessons learned to help make future implementations easier for the whole team.
