About the role
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Oversee multiple 3PL warehouses.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets, forecast operational expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to maintain strong relationships and supply chain efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards including Hazmat experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
