Act as the primary technical owner for the M365 GCC High tenant
Lead the technical configuration of mail flow and DNS for Exchange Online
Build and maintain PowerShell scripts and Graph API integrations
Translate high-level governance policies into technical controls
Lead the hands-on migration of identities and data during Mergers and Acquisitions
Manage the rollout of new M365 features and assess their impact
Create and maintain technical runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing M365/Exchange Online in an enterprise environment
Proven experience operating within sovereign cloud boundaries (GCC/GCCH)
Strong proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD)
Expert-level PowerShell skills
Direct experience executing at least one major tenant-to-tenant migration
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or DFARS 7012 requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret or higher) if required
