About the role

Act as the primary lead for Workday HCM, Reporting, and Performance
Manage the full lifecycle of application solutions, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and release management
Configure and optimize Workday across all modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Help, Journeys, Talent, and Time
Lead sessions with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions
Oversee critical document generation ensuring accuracy and compliance for both internal moves and newly acquired talent
Continuously evaluate workflows to identify 'friction points,' driving system enhancements
Maintain a rigorous focus on SOX compliance and internal controls

5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM (Configuration, Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Reporting)
Strong understanding of job architecture, company/cost center hierarchies, and experience navigating HRIS integration during M&A activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a must) and familiarity with third-party integrations and data privacy regulations
Proven track record operating in an Agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence
Expertise in project planning, developing functional specifications, building business cases, and executing rigorous test plans
