About the role
- Lead global implementation of Workday (HCM, Talent, Performance) alongside US Payroll and Benefits
- Own the long-term roadmap for HR tech stack
- Identify and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate routine HR tasks
- Conduct a "root cause" analysis of current HR workflows
- Shift HR tech from "transactional" to "relational"
- Lead and mentor a team of People Systems Analysts
- Manage the team’s roadmap for long-term project work and day-to-day system maintenance
- Conduct technical audits of HR tech stacks of target companies for M&A
- Lead integration strategy and data migration for acquired systems
- Establish data governance standards for accurate global reporting
- Manage HR Tech budget and ROI analysis for new software acquisitions
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of leading Global Workday Implementation (HCM/Payroll is a must)
- Deep understanding of HRIS architecture, API integrations, and data privacy regulations
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and Automation within the HR domain
- 3+ years of experience directly managing technical teams
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical tasks
- Ability to lead through major system migration with empathy and clear communication
- Direct experience managing HR technology in acquisition or merger
