About the role

Lead global implementation of Workday (HCM, Talent, Performance) alongside US Payroll and Benefits
Own the long-term roadmap for HR tech stack
Identify and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate routine HR tasks
Conduct a "root cause" analysis of current HR workflows
Shift HR tech from "transactional" to "relational"
Lead and mentor a team of People Systems Analysts
Manage the team’s roadmap for long-term project work and day-to-day system maintenance
Conduct technical audits of HR tech stacks of target companies for M&A
Lead integration strategy and data migration for acquired systems
Establish data governance standards for accurate global reporting
Manage HR Tech budget and ROI analysis for new software acquisitions

10+ years in HR Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
Proven track record of leading Global Workday Implementation (HCM/Payroll is a must)
Deep understanding of HRIS architecture, API integrations, and data privacy regulations
Demonstrated experience applying AI and Automation within the HR domain
3+ years of experience directly managing technical teams
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical tasks
Ability to lead through major system migration with empathy and clear communication
Direct experience managing HR technology in acquisition or merger
