About the role

  • Lead global implementation of Workday (HCM, Talent, Performance) alongside US Payroll and Benefits
  • Own the long-term roadmap for HR tech stack
  • Identify and integrate AI-driven solutions to automate routine HR tasks
  • Conduct a "root cause" analysis of current HR workflows
  • Shift HR tech from "transactional" to "relational"
  • Lead and mentor a team of People Systems Analysts
  • Manage the team’s roadmap for long-term project work and day-to-day system maintenance
  • Conduct technical audits of HR tech stacks of target companies for M&A
  • Lead integration strategy and data migration for acquired systems
  • Establish data governance standards for accurate global reporting
  • Manage HR Tech budget and ROI analysis for new software acquisitions

Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of leading Global Workday Implementation (HCM/Payroll is a must)
  • Deep understanding of HRIS architecture, API integrations, and data privacy regulations
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI and Automation within the HR domain
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing technical teams
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical tasks
  • Ability to lead through major system migration with empathy and clear communication
  • Direct experience managing HR technology in acquisition or merger
