About the role
- Support and manage existing dealers and associations in the assigned sales territory
- Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships
- Serve as the point of contact for dealers on assortment and sales-related questions
- Project management for dealers requiring intensive support
- Present new products on-site at customer locations
- Conduct product and program trainings (e.g., B2B ordering)
- Advise on assortment planning, visual merchandising and sales promotion on site (maintenance and expansion of POS materials)
- Implement the sales strategy and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory
- Prepare quotes and support price negotiations
- Attend trade shows, customer events and dealer meetings
- Plan and execute regional sales campaigns
- Monitor current sales performance and target achievement
- Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing developments
- Identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
- Convey market and customer feedback to Sales & Marketing
- Create routing plans and organize appointments, as well as follow up on customer visits in coordination with the inside sales team
- Report to Sales Management (e.g., forecasts, potential analyses)
- Participate in internal meetings and trainings
- Manage budgets (e.g., samples, promotions or travel expenses)
Requirements
- You are a sales professional and are eager to drive SQlab and ION forward within the Bike Division
- You are willing to travel frequently and enjoy working with people
- Your sales skills convince customers and you have a strong track record of closing deals
- Residence in North-West Germany is an advantage
