About the role

  • In this role you will be a central member of our project teams, guiding our clients step by step through the implementation of Dynamics 365.
  • Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops and presentations.
  • Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department.
  • Train key users in their business processes and workflows.
  • Develop tailored solution concepts for customer-specific customizations of Dynamics 365.
  • Provide ongoing support to our existing customers following the successful rollout of Dynamics 365.

Requirements

  • Completed academic or vocational qualification, e.g., in business administration, business informatics or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in ERP consulting, preferably in the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics, or finance.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business relationships and map them in the ERP.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate on equal terms, and a genuine desire to help clients progress.
  • Self-responsibility, team spirit, a down-to-earth attitude — and the motivation to build things together.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
