About the role

  • Conducting requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops and presentations
  • Coordinating and leading projects in collaboration with our development department
  • Training key users in their business processes
  • Developing suitable solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
  • Supporting our existing customers after successful implementation of Dynamics 365

Requirements

  • A completed academic or professional qualification, e.g. in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in ERP consulting, preferably in the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics, or finance.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business contexts and map them in an ERP system.
  • Analytical strength, confident peer-level communication, and a genuine drive to help customers progress.
  • Self-responsibility, team spirit, grounded attitude — and the motivation to shape things together.
  • Very good German and English skills.
