In this role you will be a central member of our project teams and will guide our clients step by step through the implementation of Dynamics 365.
Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops and presentations
Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department
Train key users in their workflows
Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customizations of Dynamics 365
Provide post-implementation support to our existing customers

Requirements

A completed academic or vocational qualification, e.g., in business administration, business informatics (information systems) or a related field.
Several years' experience in ERP consulting, preferably in the Dynamics 365 environment.
Good functional knowledge in manufacturing, commerce & logistics, or finance.
Ability to quickly grasp complex business contexts and model them within the ERP.
Strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate on an equal footing, and a genuine desire to help customers move forward.
Self-responsibility, team spirit, groundedness — and the motivation to shape things together.
Excellent German and English skills.
