Overall responsibility for revenue, margin and EBIT of the Business Unit
Management and supervision of all Business Central projects
Ensuring delivery quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Disciplinary and technical leadership of consultants, developers, project managers, architects and interns/students
Capacity and utilization management
Resource and skill development to reduce external dependencies
Escalation point for project managers and customers
Further development of the service portfolio and establishment of scalable structures
Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
KPI-based reporting, forecasting and definition of operational measures
Participation in proposal approvals within the defined scope of authority

Requirements

Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Leadership experience with accountability for results or departmental responsibility
Strong understanding of project management, capacity/utilization logic and margin mechanics
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making ability
Confident presence at management and C-level
Experience in steering committees and escalation management
Ability to lead and develop cross-location teams
Excellent English skills
