About the role
- You advise and support our clients during the Dynamics 365 implementation process in varied and exciting projects.
- Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department
- Train key users in their business processes
- Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Enhance our industry solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Support our existing customers after the successful rollout of Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP consulting
- Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics, or finance
- Strong ability to understand business processes and map them in the ERP system
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Customer focus, self-responsibility, and team spirit
- Strong implementation skills and the ability to drive solutions to completion
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
