About the role

  • As HR generalists, we support our companies in all personnel-related questions and tasks
  • Administrative tasks: drafting employment contracts, amendments, written warnings, references, terminations and other certificates
  • HR services: handling inquiries in day-to-day operations
  • Employee care: conducting conversations with employees, HR office hours, conflict management
  • Support in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
  • Preparatory payroll work and assistance with HR controlling
  • Initiator for new HR trends (we love new ideas!)

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Understanding of working with dynamic company and team structures both locally and virtually
  • Strong team spirit, flexibility and a high level of reliability
