Strategic and operational planning, implementation, and optimization of cross-channel online marketing activities (display, SEA/search engine advertising, social ads)
Performance monitoring of campaigns through analysis of relevant KPIs and budget control
Close collaboration with content creators and writers to optimize campaign materials
Preparation of analyses, competitive monitoring, and actionable recommendations for the area of responsibility
Requirements
At least 1–2 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in performance advertising, web analytics, or SEO
Understanding of data-driven marketing, tracking, KPI analysis, and creativity with respect to landing pages
Knowledge of common campaign tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics / Matomo, and content management systems (CMS)
Strong understanding of online marketing channels, their KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA) and influencing factors
Strong numerical affinity, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a structured working style
German at native level and very good English
Team player with initiative in problem solving
