Design, develop, and implement solutions within ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules
Build and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
Develop complex integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
Implement Tennon solutions and ensure optimal performance and configuration
Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, etc.) to improve automation and user experience
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript-based solutions
Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide advanced technical support
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Support platform upgrades and ensure governance and security compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules
Experience with custom applications, scoped apps, and App Engine
Proven experience building integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, middleware)
Experience implementing Tennon solutions preferred
Experience leveraging AI features within ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred
