About the role

  • Build, manage, and scale the asset management function while overseeing servicer performance and compliance.
  • Lead a team of asset managers
  • Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and compliant servicer actions; proactively address delays and inefficiencies at the loan and process level
  • Review and redesign processes to address root causes and improve consistency.
  • Identify risks in servicing processes and implement long-term solutions.
  • Build scalable frameworks for repeatable and efficient asset management execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management, servicing oversight, or related areas.
  • Experience working with third-party servicers and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills required - including ability to represent scenarios efficiently in Excel, SQL proficiency.
