• Full-cycle Meta Ads management: planning, setup, optimization, and budget control
• Continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging (A/B tests)
• Optimization of lead funnels: from ad to landing page to email sequences
• Performance reporting: monitoring CPL, CTR, CPM, and ROAS and deriving actionable recommendations
• Development of a long-term paid media strategy in coordination with the team
