About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full-cycle Meta Ads management: planning, setup, optimization, and budget control
Continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and messaging (A/B tests)
Optimization of lead funnels: from ad to landing page to email sequences
Performance reporting: monitoring CPL, CTR, CPM, and ROAS and deriving actionable recommendations
Development of a long-term paid media strategy in coordination with the team
Creation of high-performing creatives (statics and videos) using Canva and CapCut

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta Ads
Confident use of tracking tools and analytics dashboards
Data-driven mindset: you think in numbers, can interpret data, and derive actions
Basic knowledge of funnel logic, copywriting, and conversion optimization
Experience creating statics and videos with Canva and CapCut
Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for testing and continuous improvement
Passion for finance, gender equality, and the drive to make a real impact
Nice to have: experience with Google Ads or other paid channels
