Executive Assistant

• Coordination: Act as an interface with business partners, clients, and service providers — both written and verbal
• Communication: Draft, prepare, and respond to emails (including on behalf of the executive management)
• Appointment coordination: Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events (in-person and online via Zoom, etc.)
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Structure and optimize internal processes and create clear documentation so team members can execute tasks efficiently, consistently, and with traceability
• Document management: Organize and provide training materials, contracts, certificates, etc.
• Travel planning: Book flights, hotels, and restaurants (including attention to membership programs such as miles, points, and upgrades)
