Financial Planning and Analysis

• During this internship, you will work closely with the CEO and gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational management of a start-up.
• Financial management: drafting business plans, financial forecasting, and dashboards. Analysis of KPIs and optimization of financial resources. Contributing to fundraising strategies and investor relations.
• Business development (Sales): structuring and implementing the commercial strategy. Identifying and approaching prospects (investors, strategic partners). Negotiating and monitoring ongoing deals.
• Strategic operational support: conducting strategic analyses to support decision-making. Coordinating among stakeholders (team, partners, investors). Contributing to the improvement of internal processes.
